Faint line or wishful thinking?

Hi, I'm fairly new here. Myself and my partner have been ttc for almost 2 years and it's awful losing hope. The past week or so I've been having ovary pains and a pulling sensation (something I've never felt before) it is similar to af cramps but I've never had pain like this while not bleeding. On the 18th Oct I started bleeding and it lasted 6 days, two days longer than my usual and incredibly light and not much pain which is unusual to me. Since then the cramping has been pretty consistent. As I've been trying for so long now I try not to get my hopes up about potential pregnancy symptoms, especially ones I feel like I could be imagining. But 4 days ago I went to get into the bath and as I took my bra off I noticed my breasts are considerably darker around the nipples, I'm 23 and I have never seen them so dark, my areolas are much bigger too and the bumps are much bigger around my nipples. My OH had a look and was shocked too asking if I'm sure it's not some dye off my bra rubbing! They are still darker with much bigger circles and veins. Today I took a test and I'm sure I can see a faint line, I did accidentally scratch the text with my nail as I tried to see if it was just an evap line. Can anyone else see it? Any and all advice would be appreciated. My mother left when I was 7 and I don't have any other female relatives I can talk to so I'd really appreciate some help, two years of hoping and waiting is getting to me now.
Thanks in advance

I can't but my phone screen is awful! Wait a few days and try another or have a blood test from the doctors? I'm rooting for you! If you ever need a friend for a chat I'm here! I'm fortunate to have family around me but no one I can talk too.

I'm sorry, I can't see anything. Could you post a more zoomed in picture?

I can't zoom on it I'm using my iPad and the screen is cracked so makes it difficult :( I am going to try and wait a few more days and test again I'm trying to be as positive as I can, I've had tests done and scans and all is fine with me and OH, fingers crossed and thank you both

I'm sorry but I can't see a line. I think the best thing is to wait a couple of days and retest with first morning urine.

Sorry I can't see a line either but keep testing is my advice. The cramping in the 5th week of pregnancy is to be expected (I am in my 5th week of pregnancy and getting lots of mild but continuous cramping)

This is my first try at ttc so we've been lucky but just to say in antipation I bought the testing strips from pound land at £1 for 3 strips and these work incredibly well. To save yourself some money opt for these :)
