Had my implant out today finally!!
What should I expect...? A period?
How do I track my Fw... We had been trying for three cycles as implant was 10 months out of date ... Long story.
Any post implant help would be much appreciated . Thank you Brew

I had a proper AF after around a month. There's no point in trying to guess your FW until you've had a withdrawal bleed and then AF after that. I think it took around three full cycles for my AF to regulate.

I've been TTC for nearly 15 months since I had mine out and I fell very quickly before I had an implant in. Bah.

Bit different but I was on the progesterone only pill (so same hormone as implant), when I came off I tracked my periods on an app called period diary which maps ovulation from your period and best days to do it. I didn't get to my 3rd period as I was up the duff. First one came after a few days off pill, not sure how long for implant but also everyone is different. I would recommend the app though as its easy to chart with out it feeling too pressured "We gotta do it!"

I had mine out in October. First period exactly a month later in November and fell pregnant in December.
All much quicker than we'd expected.

I had mine out in June or July, started trying in September (we were on holiday in August and no opportunity) and fell pregnant in September. My cycle didn't change (I had periods on the implant)

Good to know time, I've had AF arrive just before I get my implant out, so hopefully the next couple of cycles settle quickly
