Wondered if anyone could help! I took my last pill at the start of the month and started withdrawal bleed on 6th Feb.

Started using CB digital ovulation tests and after a couple of lows got first high on the 15th.

I had EWCM from 18th to 22nd.

Also had a stitch like pain on left side 17th & 18th which I though was ovulation.

After 9 days I was still not getting a peak on CB tests so stopped using as per instructions.

We had done DTD 14th, 16th, 18th & 20th.

Since stopping CB tests I used cheap amazon tests and was getting no second line on them.

However yesterday I got a nearly peak line and today a definite peak.

Now on CD23 surely not ovulating now? I have no EWCM or pain etc.

I am confused ... Anyone had anything similar?

It can take months after taking the pill for your body to settle down so it's entirely possible that you are ovulating cd23. It look me 10 months for me to have a period the first time I stopped the pill. And 3 months the second time (I ovulated on about cd88) so cd23 is actually pretty good going. Fingers crossed you conceive quickly but if you don't feel free to hop over to our thread about crazy cycles post pill. X

I read on a different thread someone asked similar question and turned out they were pregnant. I'm not saying that's the case here and agree with the other post that it can be so up and down when you first Come off the pill

Actually after I had sent it I realised if also meant to say, it is also possible to ovulate wishing a few days of stopping pill and opks can also pick up hcg the pregnancy hormone. If your opks stay positive I would do a pregnancy test just to check. If the fade away it was likely ovulation. It is also possible that lh surges giving you a positive opk but you don't actually ovulate. In which case you will most likely ovulate a bit later. I'm afraid the only answer with all options is to wait and see if period arrives and take a test. If you wanted to charting your bbt is the only way to confirm you have ovulated. X

Thanks for your replies. Guess it was wishful thinking hoping to get back to a normal post pill cycle. Will keep my eye on opk's and see what happens!
