2WW after IVF anyone?

Had a 5day blastocyst transfer on Friday so due to test on 26th February. I'm feeling quietly confident this time and, because this is frozen embryo I'll probably cheat and test on Sunday as the HCG should be noticeable by that time.

I am, obviously, madly symptom spotting. Slight taste in my mouth, sore boobs, and (this may be TMI) when I put my progesterone in this morning I'm fairly confident that my cervix had closed a bit.

Anyone else wanting to join me?

Aw seriously NO-ONE else? I've now convinced myself that I have a closed cervix (I have no idea what an open cervix feels like so this may be desperate guesswork on my part). Definitely having hot flushes though - they are really noticeable.

Could really do with someone holding my hand!

I am currently on my 3rd day of my 2ww!! I am full of mixed emotions, one minute I'm really positive next I'm thinking "what if". At the moment I have cramping, bloating and sore boobs ( although these were sore a few days after starting the progesterone!)

Think it's going to feel like the longest 2 weeks of my life!!

Oh hopeful it's agony isn't it? I am symptom spotting like mad but I think everything I'm feeling is down to the progesterone. I test on Friday. Can I really recommend getting a hypnotherapy CD if you can. It's really helping to keep me sane.

Yeah I'm symptom spotting like crazy too!! This is our first round and only had 5 follicles despite max therapy so we are thankful to have got to this stage. I have been listening to some meditation stuff on you tube and your right it does help. I've been trying to chill out s d read books etc but I honestly can't concentrate as its just ALWAYS on my mind.

Feeling rather pessimistic today to be honest. All my symptoms are progesterone related. I know it's not over until it's over but I'm just not feeling it right now.

Oh I know it's just awful, one minute you feel really positive the next you just can't move the grey cloud away. Emotions being all over the place is an understatement . Just remember how positive you felt a couple of days ago and hang onto that honey. Sending big hugs x

Hi, I'm having my embryo transfer on Friday then I'll be in the 2ww

I had mild IVF last April (ohss so no transfer) and a failed FET last October, these are our last two embryos from the fresh cycle so I'm absolutely desperate for it to work

Transfer went well. Only one embryo thawed but it was 5 cells so good

OTD is 9 March !

I'm so sorry to hear that champagne, I've been checking on here all day waiting to find out. I'm honestly gutted for you.

Really glad all went well for you waiting impatient. I test on the 5th so your only a few days behind me. Finger crossed xxx
