Hi, I am new to mumsnet and messaging because I am really freaking out about the possibility that the MAP may have failed.
12 days ago I was a little foolish and didn't use condoms (he pulled out but we were both drunk and I am not sure I trust that he did in time every time) so I took Ellaone the afternoon afterwards. I didn't get any side effects and assumed everything was fine.
Now it is 12 days later and for the last two days I have felt nauseas constantly. 2 days ago I also had bad cramps but they went away. I think my period is due tomorrow but I am not certain as for some reason I hadn't put my last period into my tracker and so have had to put in when I figure it was. When I did that though it told me I would be ovulating around the time I had unprotected sex.
I know that really the only answer is to take a pregnancy test but I am really scared to do that and equally think I'm probably just being ridiculously paranoid and I'm not pregnant anyway.
So I guess I'm asking if this level of nausea nearly two weeks after the MAP is normal and whether anyone else has experienced this too and either ended up pregnant or not been?
