TTC number 2 after a miscarriage

Hiiiiiiiiiii just looking for some buddies/support really.
I have a 6.5yr old DD and just recently (6wks ago) had a MMC at 12 weeks. Just had my first period so I guess we are "good to go" to try again. Anyone else in the same position and needing a bit of support? I'm sure I'm going to be a total basket case when AND if do get that BFP xxx
