I think the fmu thing is just because it will be more concentrated as you've been asleep for a few hours so it shouldn't matter about working shifts.

Thankyou for some peace of mind! The first one I forgot about and came back to it about an hour or so later but the second and third showed within about 5 minutes I think. I just thought it odd that the third one looks fainter so assumed the worst. I think i'll get a 'super easy to understand digital test' for Sunday morning and if that gives me the right answer then it will be DHs first fathers day present
