Sorry if this posts upsets anyone, I just know how supportive everyone is and has been in the past and wanted some comfort maybe from those who have been through the same..

I ovulated last Monday and started spotting and cramping 7dpo. I've had a headache I can't shift and been incredibly bloated.
Yesterday I experienced bright red bleeding and clots for a few hours and nothing since but the pain has required me to take cocodamol and tramadol which has only eased my pain.
I spoke to my endometriosis nurse specialist who believes I've had or am currently having a very early
Miscarriage.
I feel kind of numb. I would have been very early and it would have been a surprise as we aren't actively trying but I don't really know what to think or how to feel :(

I don't really know what I want people to say either.. but felt that I needed to let this out and maybe speak to those who have experienced the same :(

I'm a bit confused about your nurses advice, as there's no way of knowing if you were pregnant as most pregnancy tests would not show positive until at least 10 days post ovulation. So it seems strange that she has even suggested this.
I've suffered from three miscarriages and loss is very difficult at any stage. But in your position I'd be very hesitant to attach any significance to what is likely to be an early period.
If you have concerns visit your gp. But I find it very strange that any medical professional would mention pregnancy so early in a cycle without a missed period.

I think that's why I'm my really not feeling anything..? I was a bit flabbergasted when she said it?
I think because of how early the bleeding started and the pain along with the clots - she has mentioned it being a very very early one?
She is my endo nurse specialist but is also an early pregnancy and fertility nurse specialist, so?

Just wanted to know if people had experienced the same sort of symptoms, that's all? I don't have any friends that have, thank goodness, been through anything like a miscarriage or even pregnancy really.. So haven't got an awful lot of people to talk to about everything xx

I have no doubt she is knowledgeable but I think it's pretty irresponsible to deliver that kind of opinion. As it would be far too early for any HCG to be be present (and sorry but too early for symptoms). The bleeding could possibly be an implantation bleed. And the cramping would correlate to that possibility too.
I suppose that I am saying is please don't upset yourself too much over this. Without a confirmed pregnancy, a miscarriage is unlikely.
I've had miscarriages at 12, 8 and 9 weeks and it's very different from an usually timed period.
So hopefully your cycle will return to normal next month and you'll be fortunate enough to have a sucessful pregnancy and fudge the bullet if a confirned muscarriage.
Do visit your GP if it is causing you concern.

Oh I completely agree.. I think miscarriage is such an awful thing to have to experience at any stage, I'm so sorry you've experienced it 3 times. I can't even begin to imagine how heartbreaking it is.. so for her to throw that term out there without any real definitive answer is a little scary.. I'm not too worried just exhausted from lack of sleep with the pain..
Some of the best people to talk to are on here as you guys are the ones experiencing it all every day :) but thank you for your advice and support :)

I presume you have endometriosis as you mentioned that nurse.
Could your current pain and bleeding be related to that?
I too suffer from endo and have had horrific pain and sporadic bleeding.
I hope it settles down as I know how miserable it is.
A also know the anxiety endo can cause as it has been known to make it a bit trucker to conceive when you do plan on starting a family. But in my experience it hasn't affected my ability to conceive (mind you it can affect my appetite to bother trying!) and when pregnant all my symptoms settle down.
