Very confused: ewcm and still low cbfm on cd 25!

I'm having a, by the looks of it, very long cycle and my cbfm is still reading low today on cd25. I am going to the doctor soon as my last cycle was ten weeks (I got married then and had loads of stress). The confusing thing is today I have woken with ewcm. I am wondering if it is safe to ttc? I miscarried in the fifth week a year ago when I had a very late ovulation again on cd30. I'm desperate to conceive and have been having acupuncture and now reflexology, taking all my supplements, etc but so confused. My male Dr doesn't seem to care much but at 39 time is not on my side. I usually have a good luteal phase but a few months ago I had one of 8 days I believe.
