Just a Newbie introducing oneself

Hi everyone!

I've been lurking around for a while and thought it best that I sign up and introduce myself!

Firstly please forgive if I seem a little confused with all the lingo, I know what grandparents feel like now when they see txt spk!

I'm 28 (almost 29) and have been with my OH for nearly 2 years. Neither of us have any children and we don't yet live together, although we are looking to relocate from Manchester to Devon around July/August next and buy our very own little home

We decided at the beginning of the year that we would start trying for our first addition around December this year. I came off the pill at the end of September after being on it, on and off for about 10 years with the idea that we would give my body chance to get back into some kind of rhythm. I am yet to see whether it's going to get back to "normal" straight away or whether it's going to take time. It'd be good to hear what other's experience of this is I was on Microgynon for about 7 years (although I would say it was probably only about 3 years in total) and then I switched to Cilest as my moods were terrible on Microgynon.

I have the worries that I expect everyone of us has e.g. constantly thinking that I haven't fallen pregnant in the last 10 years despite many times I had forgotten to take the pill so there's clearly something wrong, worries about my age, worries about just not being able to conceive etc etc

Anyway I've probably bored you enough but I look forward to speaking to everyone soon and sharing everyone's journey

Hiya! I'm also trying for number 1 from Dec onwards.. Stopped microgynon at end of aug. On the pill my cycles were always bang on 29 days.. And this month has been just the same, i expected it to be all over the place (it might still go crazy but i'm hoping not!) good luck!
