You can ovulate twice in one month, that's how people get fraternal twins/trips. Not sure I understand the rest of your question, but it is possible to get what seems like a "period" when already pregnant, if that's what you mean. Not because of ovulating again, and not because it's a true period where your body sheds most of the uterus lining, but because of break-through bleeding -- just a little bit of shedding of uterus blood. HTH.

If you mean at diff times though then I heard it was possible to have ov activity twice but one of them would amount to nothing, that's no egg and nopgcy.

I'm not sure I understand your question, but yes you can be pregnant and still have a "period" (at least bleeding at the right sort of time) - that is fairly common. Some people have a number of periods while pregnant - I guess it is something to do with the hormone balance.

It has also been known for someone to be pregnant and still ovulate. I have heard of someone who had "twins" that were conceived in consecutive months and so were a month different on scans - wierd and very rare !
