Sorry, quick question.
If I had a smiley face this morning and we had sex this morning, what are the chances?
No smiley face last night.
Not really got to grips with this yet. DH always seems to be away at precisely the right time!!

Not entirely a silly question - but the answer is in the box with the ov sticks!

They detect the lh surge which happens 24-36 hours before ovulation - so you need to keep SWI for another 2-3 days to cover it.

I don't have the box and dh is away now. So was just asking a question. Never mind. And I did say I was new to all this. Won't bother with conception topic again

There a 25% chance of conception if you have sex around the right time. Did you have sex in the days before your smiley? Never be afraid to ask a potentially silly question I've seen far sillier!

Redrollers Sbc wasn't being rude but you were in your response. Plus if you had said you dont have box/instructions it would have explained why you posted.

The conception board us a really nice place with helpful people- she did actually answer your question!
Anyway good luck with SWI!

Sorry if I was rude. I was upset that no-one answered for ages, then I had to bump then I felt stupid. And it is the second time I have ventured into conception and felt brushed off. I feel like you are experts and my basic question wasn't important.
I just wanted a bit of a chat with the people that know!!

Hi redrollers,

I don't think it was that long from you posing the question - about 3 1/2 hours. Also it was on a Friday afternoon when some people are possibly at work etc.

People are generally friendly here so hang around.

Yes definately hang around but just remember that conception is slow moving.
