I'm not ovulating - any ideas?

Hi all. Would welcome any advice, ideas from anyone who can help.
Came off the pill on 30th May ttc#1. No period for a month and finally a 3 day bleed 28-30th June. Have been using fertility friend to find out when I should be ovulating, although still trying to get used to temping everyday. It forecast fertle days thursday to Saturday just gone and forecast possible ovulation day yesterday (Sunday). I've been doing ovulation tests everyday since last Thursday but they're only showing the control line and no ovulation line at all.
I know its only the first month after coming off the pill, but has anyone got any ideas/advice that might help?

Ovulation kits are not a reliable indicator of ovulation.

Give it a couple of months to readjust from the pill but if you're genuinely concerned you're not ovulating then you should see the GP for simple tests to confirm this.

Just wait and see. You might ovulate later in your cycle. Temping is useful only if you do it over a few months and learn to recognise patterns. The dates FF are giving you are based on averages, not on your own individual data (because this is your first month).

Just have sex 2 or 3 times a week and try to chill.

Hi, it can take awhile to settle down, I would keep using the OPK's for a few more days. Remember to do at same time each day and after you haven't drank etc. for four hours. Some people say you shuold do this in the afternoon, but I find mornings are fine and I get a positive ok.
Have you ahd other signs, EWCM etc?
Good luck!
