Not technically a 'swap' but any ideas appreciated. My husband is desperately seeking accommodation from Mon to Fri, he has just taken a job at Soton University and does not know the area at all. If any of you have self contained accomm, a granny flat or the like we would love to hear from you.... we do have a house near the Pennines which we might be able to do a 'swap with later on as well!!! Anything considered within commutable area.
Many thanks....

Hi

We are thinking of taking a Lodger.

We have a large sunny downstairs room with wifi and sky.

We are currently having a shower room fitted downstairs so the person can have own bathroom only my Uncle went on strike over Xmas and i'm yet to see himSmile.

They would have full use of kitchen..along with their own fridge/cupboards.

We live in Parkstone...which is in Poole Dorset.

We are close to all major bus routes and Branksome railway Station is 10 mins up the road.
On direct route to Southampton and we usually do it in 35 mins.

It is a large detached old style 4 bed family house so plenty of space as we have 3 kids and 1 cat.

Not sure if that's all covered (new to this can you tell?).

If interested contact me on [email protected]

Many Thanks
Emma

Is Hayling Island too far? We have a small one bed bungalow that we bought intending to use as a holiday home last year but as we are still abroad we are not really going to be using it and were planning to rent it out.
