My DS of 9 yrs has gone to school today. Bit worried because he had a high temp yeserday evening. I gave him Calpol and put to bed. Good night and woke up bright and breezy,. eat three scotch pancakes and glass of milk for breaky and fine. Strangely, he went to school yest feeling more or less ok, but said on Monday evening he felt shivery and not well. Hope he is ok today but cant fathom out whats going on.....

Sounds viral to me..mine seem to do this over a few days sometimes too..but it doesn't always develop into a full-blown episode of sickness. If he's eating and walking about..probably not too much to worry about..just his immune system tackling something in the background. See if it lasts..then maybe need medical advice? Hope he feels better soon.
