Excessive sleeping in 23m old, should I be worried?

That's it really, she doesn't have a cold, but has slept all day and is asleep now. Had a cold 10 days ago, followed by a virus and rash all over body, now sleeping for Britain. Given her calpol, but a bit worried, this isn't like her. She hates sleeping.

Is she eating/drinking?
If you cannot easily rouse her either take to GP or call NHS direct for advice.
She may just be utterly exhausted but advice will put your mind at ease..don't worry about sounding worried. x
