6 year old DD complaining of headaches and tummy aches

I am a mega worrier but my instincts are not telling me anything is majorly wrong. Had her for her routine eye test and mentioned the headaches and she is having glasses for reading.

Not sure about the tummy thing. What could it be? Not going to the loo enough, not enough of anything. I am stumped.

One time she had tummy ache and the teacher found it she was sad her friend had had a few days off. Actually, that reminds me another friend left school at Christmas but I don't think it is that.

What could I be missing?

The last few day she has been rubbish and I don't know what has happened other than me not being able to do a proper shop. Probably more veg than fruit. Has been going on a while though and she normally eats well.
