4 months old - blood right nostril - advice needed??

Every now and then DD has little trickles of blood and sometimes crusty blood when she wakes up in her left nostril. I thought it might have been from sneezing - she has had it on and off every now and then since about 6 weeks old. (in total prob about 5 times)

At clinic today the HV scared me and siad to take her straight to GP and get it checked as its deff not normal?

Any advice welcome please.

Dont really know but I didn't want you to think noone was answering it doesn't sound quite right tho and it is probably worth making an appt with the GP
