Children's health

DS has a rash on his cheeks, im thinking possibly 'Slapped cheek?' but not sure......

DS1 (4) has a rash on both his cheeks, his cheeks are really red but you can see lots of botches/spots, they are not raised but are very warm.

He also has a very snotty nose.

We have had alot of chicken pox going about the family and DS did have 3-4 blistery sptos on his leggs and bottom but they don't itch and haven't spread.

Any ideas?

should be on there now? Light isn't good, his cheeks are redder than picture shows and are boiling hot.

He is scrummy!!

Doesn't look quite liked slapped cheek which my DD has had. Looks similar to what my DS had last week but it came and went so I did nothing. He was fine.

My dd had slapped cheek last week.
She had the bright red cheeks, a bit of a cough/runny nose, and then a rash on her trunk.
Once the rash comes out its not contagious.

Ok thanks, i never know what to do about the minor illnesses, it's silly really i can handle all sorts of medical emergencys but never a simple virus or cold!

He is scrummy sometimes poor, wee, man is always poorly, he has a really low immune system from lots of antibiotics so i worry easily.
