Anti-biotics best before or after meals?

Subject says it all really but lo has been given Erythromicin by our GP as well as an inhaler if she gets wheezy but I can't remember if it makes a difference taken before or after meals.

Erythromicin is better alongside food a sit can irritate an empty stomach.
