Hi , my DD is 10.5 and quite a lot of her friends parents are having them immunised against Meningitis B .At this age it only be domne privately
Is it really necessary at this age? Hmm

My dd is 6 and we paid to have her vaccinated. I understand meningitis is rare and the risk gets lower with age but we didn't want to take any chances with our dd health. Of course there are all kinds of things we can't prevent but this is one thing we can and I'm glad she is now protected

Mine are 13 and 7 and we have had them done
I will be asking for be men w jab for them too when the time comes
