My dd had cold symptoms last Saturday so brought her to the doc last Monday because she had really gunky eyes..doc said she also had a very red ear and to give her antibiotics in 2 days if she wasn't any better
So wed came and she wasn't still her usual self so I decided to start her on the antibiotics
Then yesterday everytime I gave her the antibiotic she vomited straight away
An hour after bed she vomited again..this morning she was not herself she was very sleep and lethargic so I brought her to the doc again and she vomited in the car on the way there again

Anyway sorry for the long post but my doctor reckons I should keep giving her the antibiotic even tho she will prob be sick again from it I'm thinking she has a stomach bug and the doc said it's not a reaction to the medicine she checked her ear and said it looked better but had a red throat
I'm so confused by it all do I give her the antibiotic or see how she goes by Monday?? Is it a stomach bug or something more?the doc said to see how she is during the day with regards to drinking and dry nappies

Could be a reaction to specific antibiotics . Has she had those before? Could doc change to a different one?

That's what I thought but the doctor said it's not..She has been on antibiotics once before but cant dor the life of me remember what kind they were
She said the ones she is on now are usually mild and if she changed then they would have to be stronger ones she is 15 months.just woke there now after a 2 hour nap and wanted something to eat so have her a bit of roast and a drink
