Ds (3) has been given a nasal ballon by the GP as he has fluid in one of his ears. I've had a go of it myself and there is no way he will understand about breathing in, blowing out through nose only etc.
I was pleased to get it as hoped it might improve his (very poor) speech if his ear could be fixed. 
Any one have any experiences that might help? TIA
