My daughter is 20 months old and got her first teeth when she was 11 months.
When she was about 4 months old she had 2 lumps on the base of her gums where her lateral bottom incisors would be. Doctor said prob just the tooth buds.
Anyway my daughter now has top and bottom central incisors, top Lateral incisors and top and bottom 1st molars, but no bottom lateral incisors yet.
I think these are supposed to arrive before the 1st molars and I'm worried they are missing especially as she still has the lumps on her gums.
Should I be taking her to the dentist? She has a routine appointment in October but not sure if I should be taking her sooner. Is it just her teeth are out of order (they should have arrived by 16 months) or is they something to get checked out?

Why don't you ring up the dentists and ask?
