Pale, constipated poo in toddler

DD (3yo) has pale, constipated poo 80% of the time. She's on movicol, which has helped soften things up a bit, but they are still generally pale (similar to dijon mustard colour). Occasionally she will get a darker one, but it's been like this for well over a month now. She generally eats well and has a varied diet. She also has the occasional bout of reflux, and has glue ear/huge tonsils/sleep apnoea. And is always scratching her skin.

The doctor doesn't seem interested, but I can't help but think there is an underlying problem (but I could well be over thinking this). Any ideas?

Same here, I'm interested to see what advice is given. My dd (2) eats lots of fruit as she won't entertain veg and still gets bunged up unless I give her loads of blueberries.

Same colour pooh as well

There's been a hepatitis a outbreak here from frozen berries imported from china. I think pale stools is a symptom. Is it a possibility?

Hepatitis? Nasty. Are you in Australia? I've not heard anything here. DD doesn't look particularly yellow.
DD does eat veg (I know, I know, we are blessed) and drinks plenty so I'm not sure what is going on.
