My DD has a rash

On her back and a couple on her tummy and chest.
They're spaced quite far apart (so not like a heat rash), inidividual spots, and are blaching.
I noticed them earlierbut thoguht they were mini pressure spots from the way her clothes had been crumpled when she was in her carseat.
She is fine, no temperature or anything.
Could this be the start of chicken pox? They are spots rather than mini blisters - is that how it starts?
