Has anyone read the Nightlights story books for children?

I have just got this one

there is another one as well and it has got good reviews on Amazon

dd1 finds it hard to discuss feelings etc and gets frustrated when she tries to explain things to me, these stories are supposed to be "encourage calm, confidence and creativity"

she didn't want to read her new book tonight so will leave it for her to look at tomorrow
