the great rabbit rescue by Katie Davies

god its SO funny ( so far) and easy to read aloud( not always the case) and the characters are fabulous and as much fun fo rme as son. (7)

adn woudl be great for older kids to read themselves as the font is larger and wel spaced

Would say it and it's predecessor 'The Great Hamster Massacre' are slightly darker than Clarice Bean but very good none the same.

Have just seen that the Ramona books have been reprinted - now there's a treat for anyone who likes feisty females.

No good at linking but the Ramona books are written by Beverley Cleary. Two omnibuses are now available in readiness for the film and the ISBN numbers are 978-0192755216 and 978-0192789976
