Am I in early labour?

This is my first pregnancy and I've been having mild/strong period pains since 11pm last night coming every 15 minutes and lasting just under a minute each. I get a slight lower back pressure with this aldi....could this be early labour??

I had this but it came and went for 10 days

I'm 39+6 weeks so I'm on top of my due date.. I'm due to see my midwife at 40+1 weeks.... 10 days!! Wow!
