Since Wednesday night I've been having pains on and off. It started as lower back pains like period pains and a few in the front but it only lasted a few hours and went again. This same pattern has repeated for the last few nights now, not so much during day but I am not sleeping at night.
All day Sunday ive been having period type pains in front And back and my bump going really hard, still happening when I came to bed, managed a few hours sleep but been awake past hour and a half with back pains and front pains and from a bit of timing seem to be happening every 7 minutes lasting around 15-20 seconds, the last couple have been really painful so couldn't count.
Not sure what to do as nothing seems regular and no waters have gone. I have midwife in morning and I'll mention to her the discomfort and pain but not sure what she will do
I'm just so sad I'm not sleeping and just keep thinking if it's going to turn into something I wish it would!

Op I was like this with both my dc. It was the beginning of my cervix opening. Very early stage but did end up in established labour.
My waters didn't break, I had to have that done to get things moving!
Keep note of pains and regularity. It might just be the start
