festival with 11mo and have food issues - i know there are similar threads, sorry!

Going to Big Chill this weekend with 10mo ds (slightly reluctantly). He's going to kip with us in the camper van and i'll take lots of warm stuff and nappies and wipes etc...
my big worry is what i'll feed him - i can take ready made formula but he only has two bottles a day and i don't know what to give him for lunch and supper... he usually has 'proper' food like spag bol, stews and casseroles etc that i cook in advance and freeze, then defrost when needed. i tried giving him commercial food on holiday and he hated it.... i can't give him cream cheese and bread non stop for 3 days!!! he doesn't chew well enough to have totally unblended food.

i am stumped - am i being really thick? any advice?
