Can anyone recommend one over the other? I can't decide!

Roundhill has more open space so you have a choice of camping in the foresty bit or out in the open, and it isn't near any roads. We have only been there out of school holidays when it wasn't too busy but it's a huge place so I can imagine could get pretty hectic if it's full to capacity.

Hollands wood is pretty much all in the forest, which is great if it's really hot as there's lots of shade, but is a different feeling from being out in the open. You can walk to brockenhurst from Hollands wood, but if you end up near the road it is quite noisy.

They both have good walks and bike rides from the site, and there are plenty of things to do nearby - and southampton is very close of you get a rainy day and need something un-camping-like to do like mooching around shops or an indoor swimming pool!
