Just looking for views on this site, we are considering going in August next year with DD14, DS11, DS9 and DSS5. Not sure whether to stick to a tent or treat ourselves to a mobile home. Also wondering how easy it is to get from airport (Pisa) to campsite?
Would be grateful for any advice Smile

One of my friends went there in August with her 6 year old and 2 year old. They stayed in a static caravan and had an amazing time. They can't recommend it highly enough. We are thinking of taking our 10 and 12 year old boys and 2 year old daughter next summer. We'd be staying in a static caravan. I'm not brave enough to stay in a tent. Their website says that there aren't many 3 bed static caravans left for August so we'll have to get a move on if we are going to book it.

There are good reviews on Trip Advisor.

We went with Venue in a tent at the end of August. It is a brilliant site but very large and some of the statics are a long way from the pools etc. The tent pitches are better located and all are close to the very good sanitary block. Pitches are separated by tall hedges. All the Euro operators are there so check all the options for accommodation as Eurocamp/Canvas are unlikely to be cheapest or best.

We want last summer. Caught the train from Pisa to San Vincenzo then got a taxi £20. Train was about two hrs max. Very easy journey.

If you go for the last week of August then some of the no UK tour operators seem cheaper - I have looked at Roan camping and Gustocamp.
Looking in advance for Aug 2015 so please let me know what you think of the park and who you book with. Thx
