I was wondering if any you ladies could help

2 weeks ago I started eating healthy and have cut out fizzy juice as I was drinking 2 litres per night! And chocolate although I wasn't a big chocolate eater
And I've started going to the gym 3-4 times a week
I'm 5.5ft and weighed 11st 4lb I didn't weigh myself the first week but last week I did and I was down to 11st.1.1lb

My problem is I can't eat a breakfast I physically boke trying too so I thought a protein shake would work but just for breakfast?
One friend is telling me to buy herbalife and another is telling me to try slim fast

Would it matter which one I bought as it's only to substitute a breakfast to set me up for the day?

Any help would be appreciated Smile

I use usn diet fuel ultra lean and use slim fast when I run out. Amazon has slim fast quite cheap at the moment. The ultra lean is a thick milkshake ( I prefer strawberry and add more water than stated) and keeps you full for quite a while, way past lunch time. My dp use syntha 6 cookies and cream flavour, which is also good and not thick. both usn and syntha 6 are high in protein. All from amazon and a lot cheaper than herbalife.

I lost 30 pounds using protein world slender blend. I bought the vanilla one, added various items to the shake had one for breakfast and one for lunch!

Protein world, almond milk, bananas and ice
Protein world, almond milk, raspberrys and ice

Same with strawberries
Same with kale and kiwi

They all taste AMAZING. And much better than herbal life. Each tub is 32 pounds

I make my protein breakfast shakes using PHD Diet Whey. 91 calories a scoop.

I normally add:

One banana
50g Skyr high protein yoghurt
200ml unsweetened almond milk
Top up with cold water

Have this approx 6 days a week for breakfast x

Oh and it's about 16 quid for 40 scoops (1kg) on Amazon.
