Infant feeding

Does anyone sie tommee tippee closer to nature bottles?

Have just purchased these and love them but can't seem too work the powder pots! Put them in the steriliser then how do I get them out dry them and fill them without getting germs all over them to put them in the bottle???? Help someone must have figured it out!!

i use them and never worry about that. DS is fine 8 weeks on. i supose i should be more careful with it and use the little tongs etc.

the powder pots pull aart quite easy i never sterilised them as dd was over six mo when i brought the powder pots

You can't they are diabolical, they are supposed to hold 9 scoops of powder but you can only get about 6 in and the funnel bits have a habit of falling into the bottles. I hated the powder pot but love the bottles. I can recommend the avent 3 section powder pot, it's bulkier but it's much more convenient.

My little one is so nearly 6 months I tried sterilising 2 and now they fall apart every time I touch them!

I never sterilised the pots, just washed with very hot water and allowed to air dry upside down on kitchen roll. Found I needed the Avent ones when they got bigger though as I couldn't manage to fit enough in each pot and having DTs meant I needed to carry twice as much.
