I was only pregnant and bfing for six weeks (I miscarried). But my daughter did seem to fuss more at the breast. Apparently most of the changes happen around the four month mark when the milk turns to colostrum but I reckon it is much earlier myself because she definitely didn't like it very much when I was pregnant.

I was told it does change a bit but my babies/toddlers didn't seem to mind or notice. I tandem fed and it really helped with the transition between the new siblings.

I think it did change - my DS1 gave up at 15m, when I was three months pregnant. But perhaps he'd have given up at that age anyway, as he was going through a very independent phase.

Yes, absolutely, the first hint I got that I was pg with ds3 was that it was sore to feed, dd said there wasn't much milk and wasn't too keen on feeding for a bit until she got used to the different taste. She's a determined gal though and fed all the way through!
