I'm going away to a wedding in just under 2weeks for 2 nights and am still breastfeeding dd2 though the kids arent coming with us. Only thing is I really dont want to have to go away from a wedding to express. Also dd2 will only feed from my left breast, with a sneaky feed from the right side when she is really sleepy and isnt fussed either way. Therefore my left boob is always much bigger than my right so tbh I am really fed up having one boob noticeably bigger than the other. Thing is we are both still enjoying feeding.

Someone tell me what I need to do. I know I need tos top but I somehow cant bring myself to do it. DD2 is 7 and a bit months.

Which can't you bear more, expressing for a few minutes during the wedding (won't everyone have the odd 'comfort break' anyway so getting away to express as well shouldn't be too hard) or bringing something you and your LO still enjoy to an end.

I know what my decision would be. 7 and a bit months is still very little.

Also going cold turkey on your breast feeding isn't a great idea and a couple of weeks is not really long enough to reduce it gradually.

I'm sure you can enjoy the wedding and your little one too. It's just the sort of juggling we all have to do with LO's. Good luck whichever you choose.

I think if Im honest its more the one big boob thing thats getting to me. Making me very self conscious. And also worried about how she will cope without me for 2 full days.

Get yourself a large corsage and wear it on whichever side makes things look more even!

Then try not to water it with milk!

Get a padded bra and leave the pad in the small side. (I too have one rather larger than the other) Don't stress about going off to express (lol that rhymes) do it for a few seconds each time you go to the loo. Do you express on small side as well as feeding on big side? If you do this regularly for the next two weeks it may increase supply on that side and look a bit bigger. But it also may just increase the other side as well...

I'm sure she will be fine btw

I have the same thing! I am so concerned by the symmetry issue that I am tricking ds onto the smaller breast when he is not expecting it - starting him on the good one and then swap him quickly. I have been doing this for four days and have already noticed a difference.
