How much milk at 17 mths?

My dd is 17 mths and has two bottles a day of 7 ozs of full fat milk. She has one when put down for morning nap at 10.30am and 7.pm bed time.
3ozs of milk with breakfast and usually has a yogurt or fromage frais a day.

My dh asked me how long I need to do this for? Does everyone else give their baby similar age this much or more?

My ds has much the same at 20 mnths, although he is not on cows milk yet (he is for cereal, just not bottles).
He has 6oz with morning nap and 8oz with evening bedtime, and its still in a bottle! I was wanting some advice as to how to change to cows milk and a cup (he likes to take them to bed with him)!
