Getting 11 week old used to a bottle

I need my 11 week old DD to be able to take a bottle as at some point she's going to have to be left with my DH for about 7 hours for an interview.
I don't really know how to go about this, I've got two different types of bottle, formula (as ultimately I won't be able to express enough for that time period, and the "practice bottles" beforehand) and I have expressed some milk.
Friday DH tried to feed her formula. She didn't take any. Yesterday he tried with EBM and she didn't take any. Tried the different bottle type today and failed again.
I'm guessing it's just a case of perseverance and I'm not worried atm. However DH is stressing as it's going to be him dealing with her when I'm away (haven't got the date yet but will get 2 weeks notice). How do you get a bf baby to take a bottle? She pushes the teat out of her mouth with her tongue. Would it be easier to try in the morning when she's less tired?
Any help/advice would be appreciated

I'm going through this at the moment with my 18wk old and wished I had started earlier as I go back to work in January!
We've have limited success, one day she took 5oz without much fuss then each day the amount reduced and the battle increased.

HV has suggested trying just before she gets hungry while happy, waiting until she is hungry and if the bottle fails completly to try a cup.
The cup can be open top or use the tommee tippee free flow type, but not to use anything with a valve in that needs a stringer suck.
It could be a messy business but worth giving it a go.

Are you in the room or house when your DH trys, maybe she can still smell you so knows there is another option close by.

The same happened with DD1 so I had planned to give DD2 a bottle a week from earlier on (but due to tongue tie and feeding issues with DD2 we didn't want to confuse things even more by trying to introduce a bottle).
In the end I left DD1 with both DH and my mum for the day (so he had some support) and went out, it took about 6 hrs for her to give in a take a bottle but from that point she was fine.

My baby girl had trouble with teates. She was on formular from six weeks. I found dr Browns the best they stopped colic as well however straight away I used teate 2 as she would play with teate 1. Plus she got tired half way through sucking. Now at 6 months she is on stage 3 teate meant for 9 months she has been on this for two months. The milk comes out much quicker especially if she stops swallowing so bibs a plenty.

Plus formular is thicker than breast milk
