reflux starting to get worse again. Help!

Have been on here a few time now. Had baby gaviscon. Didn't work was giving ranitidine to give my LO she's been on it 2 days doesn't seem to be working. She is screaming through every bottle I try and give her. I can maybe get 2 oz in her before screaming starts but that's a good feed. She has now started to fall asleep when she hungry and only eats when asleep. It's really distressing and starting to really get me down. Is this because she's so sore? Has anyone else had this? If this doesn't work then what's next? Please help
