Extremely ow! Try nipple shields. I found that helped when my ds got 2 teeth. He didnt like them at first but soon learnt if he wanted milk he had to put up with it! Worth a try.

If not try one of those feeding necklace things they advertise on ebay to keep babys attention while feeding. Or better still get some large non toxic beeds and some safe string type stuff and make one of your own. Probably get them from Early Learning or arty crafty type shops. Might save your nipples love

Yeah hell still feed while your offering him booby. I fed ds1 for about 11 months and he had a cup too. Not in public so much as he got older but he loved about 10 mins of a night time. But once he reached his first birthday he was happily drinking from a cup with a spout. I found the ANYWAYUPcups FANTASTIC.They even dont leak after a wash cycle in the washing machine(dont ask)

My little girl (now 20 months) was an angel, I never knew she had teeth ( well obvioulsy I did but she didn't nibble when feeding!)Little man loves feeding but also loves looking around whilst feeding taking my nips with him, sometimes I feel like Ive got 4 foot nipples!!!He just goes bananas when anything but me or a spoonful of big boy food goes near him! Did try him with a doidy cup that he seemed to like, so did the rest of his little body!

Youll have to use tough love oops especialy if your returning to work. Best to start little by little now than goign back with a very guilty consionce (cant spell for toffee) and an unhappy little man If hes eating well then try to miss a feed one at a time Im sure you remember how to do it from your other ds.

Little lady kinda stopped by herself in a way, mind you she couldn't get that close to me with a huge belly containing her little brother!!! I would have liked to carry on feeding her but it was physically impossible! But little man is so different!! Or maybe I just forgot everything with little lady?? Is it true you lose braincells when you have babies??? Or is it just me??

hi oops, are you me? dd does like to bite occasionally, & i wouldn't mind cutting down now (she's 13 months), but she loves it so. and ditto on the baby tantrums - hilarious.

Phew! I would write something more but I forgot what I wanted to say! The only reason I remember my nickname on here is because its what my little girl says when I try to get her to eat something new (I bounce around like a fool so she says I'm funnyyummymummy and eats the food!) the things we do.................
