Infant feeding

For all of you that express at work - quick question!

I have been expressing at work at lunch (around 1:00) and storing the milk straight away in an Avent bag which claims to keep milk / food warm / cold for 4 hours. I finish work and am home by 4:30 so am well within the times to keep the milk fresh.
however... I have been putting the milk into the bag straight after it comes out, therefore at body temperature. So when I take it out of the bag, it's still at body temperature. Should I first be cooling the milk down by running the bottle under the cold tap and then storing it cold, or is it okay to keep at body temp for four hours?
Sorry if it seems like a thick question, but you know how your mind wanders at times!

I exclusively express and would say that it's fine to store it at body temp for 4 hours. On kellymom it states that EBM can be stored for 8 hrs at room temperature. If you're concerned do you have a fridge at work that you could store it in? You could always put it in a tupperware box so that noone was offended (you know how some people can get!)
