Question about thrush

I'm pretty sure I DON'T have thrush but just wanted some advice.

My WHOLE breast is red and very very itchy. I am prone to very bad bouts of eczema and it does look like that. But I'm worried as my nipple seems itchy too. I don't have any pains, theres nothing in DD2's mouth and no discolouration of the nipple, though the rest of my breast is now bright red and peeling.

Given my history of eczema is it most likely to be this?

Would there be other symptoms if it were thrush?
