cup feeding?

has anyone got any advice on cup feeding.My baby will not take a bottle and i would like to stop breast feeding, he is 5 months old and weaning has already started, please help

jenny, sometimes it works best if someone else gives baby the bottle/cup because they know you are the one with the boobs iyswim

going boob to cup is a good idea though, because sometimes going bottle to cup can be just as traumatic and so you can skip that

cups i recommend are the tommee tippee one with the little flip down hard teat, and, if you can get it, morrisons have a hard teat one with a picture of a monkey on it. best cup ever imo, but every child is different!

buy a cheapo one that isnt non-spill, sometimes that helps too

i wouldnt recommend the anywayup cup, i dont think they are good for childrens teeth, this is my opinion though

if you are putting EMB into the cup, make sure there is a little on the teat, so baby knows whats inside the cup

how old is baby?

thanks nailpolish will get a tommee tippee cup and give that a go.!
