Yes, but from what I hear her private waiting list is not much shorter than her NHS one, such is her importance in the field.
I'd ring St Mary's and try and get them to be honest with you about the waiting times.

Expert on miscarriage rahrah, especially recurrent miscarriage.

Can anyone see her, or do you have to be based in London?

I think she takes referrals nationwide - not sure. There are other recurrent miscarriage clinics I think but hers was the first and is the best known...

I had threatened miscarriages through my pregnancy and gave birth to my son at 24 weeks, as membranes broke at 23 weeks and bleed from 10 weeks. Do you think that she will take this kind of referral?

I know who will know - your bereavement midwife, rahrah. Ask her. It does sound within Professor Regan's field - a friend of mine who had what happened to you, but at 21 weeks was referred to her, I do know that. By the time her private appt came up...she was pg again and her dd2 is now 16 weeks old. So she never saw her but I hear she is brilliant.

Thanks for that. We are waiting on our own consultant to come back to us, as we lost our son aswell. (Sorry to hear about your friend, but also good positive news that she went on to have another child). We want to plan for another pregnancy but I can not go through what we went through with this one. I will keep her name and if our consultant can not help I will contact her. Thank you for your advise. X

Hi

I see her privately and she is utterly fabulous. Her private waiting list is very long but worth getting an appointment now as you never know what can happen. 02078861050. Her secretary is called Aline. But you need a referral letter from a GP.
