DD (6) had her speech assessment today

The SALT said she doesn't have delayed speech. There are a couple of sounds DD isn't making but it could be a lack of confidence as she is whispering the sound making in sound different.

But, we have some ideas to work on at home which should help with those last 2 sounds and then she will not need any additional help.

I'm really pleased with the outcome. I know she has recently made these improvements in the past month or so as I run a language group at her school and noticed an improvement on Tuesday with her pronounciation.
