M 3 year old daughter has had her Start-rite shoes for 3 months. I had them checked for size 2 weeks ago and the lady said they were still fine. I've just noticed though whn I took her shoes and socks of this evening, there was a pink mark left on her feet where the scoop of the shoes. She does have a high instep.
Do you think I should go back again?
I don't really like to unless it's nessisary as my daughter gets upset if we go and have her feet checked but don't buy any new shoes. Her language isn't good enough to tell me if they feel tight. She tends to just say yes to everything.

Hi where can you buy start-rite shoes and do they come in different widths like clarks please.

Yes Start- rite come in widths C to H. They are proffeshionally fitted like clarks.
I think they are better quality and look superior to clarks, especially the classics. Russell and Bromley do them or if you look on the website, it will tell you your neerest stockest. It will also show you the intire range.

Where do you live? There's a Start Rite sale shop in King's Lynn, Norfolk which usually has lots of bargains.

That's o.k. Start-rite do have more choice and last longer.(I'm a fan in case you haven't noticed!)

Yes, I prefer them. My bargain-hunting tip was aimed more at nicola8159 - who I'm guessing has yet to discover the joys of Start Rite shoes - but will still be useless if she lives in say, Dundee!
