Anyone know of a book about teaching your child to work, 500 and something ways?

A granny I met during the week said it was the best child-rearing book she read and used it for all of her children. I don't know her or anything about how her children turned out, but was interested!

It is a list of all the things you need to teach your children to make them independent and how to get there, I think.
