Cycling without stabilisers!!!!

I'm having a 'Proud Mum Moment' so thought I'd share.

A friend offered to teach my 5 year old to cycle today (she taught her brother and her own son). DD1 was very nervous but with us following behind she did really well. By the end she was cycling solo for quite a way.

Feel all mushy thinking about it. Going out tomorrow to practise some more.

She did freak out at every dog, hedge and nearby stream but it was still fabulous...
