Hi all, my daughter is 15 months old and doesn't have a single tooth. Although she sometimes exhibits signs of teething like excessive biting or dribbling, rubbing ear or general grumpyness, its all usually my convienient excuse for her behaviour.

Any one else had a late teether? Is it normal?

Ds was the same I think about 16 months when he got his first and then they turned in really off order. He's 2 now and still waiting for lots to come in.

He showed signs of teething from about 4 montths

I know it's not quite the same but my DS was 14 months old when he got his 1st tooth. He is 4 in Nov and still hasn't got all his teeth. He needs 2 more pre molars - most of my friends children had all their teeth by the time they were 2.

I think it's normal. My ds is 7, nearly 8 now and only got his first tooth at about 16 months. He hasn't lost any of his baby teeth yet, unlike almost all of his classmates who are full of great big gnashers now. Dentist says its absolutely fine. Good, in fact.

My DD was 12 months when she got first tooth. She is 19 months now and only has the front 2 bottom teeth, 4 top ones and a couple of incisors! I'm sure they will all come when they are ready.
